The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.^®) ensures the optimum extraction time for short specialities such as ristretto and espresso. Creations with milk and milk foam are easy to prepare using fine foam technology by simply touching the precise, 4.3" high-resolution colour touchscreen display. The Z8 is crafted from high-quality materials with painstaking attention to detail. The front and top sections are made of 3-millimetre-thick aluminium. The grooved water tank and chrome-plated coffee spout accentuate the sculptural design. Equipped with Smart Connect, the Z8 can also be controlled via your smartphone or tablet with the JURA Operating Experience (J.O.E.^®).
